This policy explains what data the ProfitLens app ("the App") accesses, and what happens to it. It is written to describe the App exactly as it is built.
The short version: we never receive your data. The App runs entirely inside your Wix dashboard in your own browser. It reads your store data through Wix's own interfaces, calculates figures on your screen, and sends nothing to us or to anyone else. compass lab operates no server that stores or processes your store data.

When you open the App, it reads the following from your Wix site in order to calculate profit. It reads this data each time you open the page; it does not keep a copy.

Orders may contain personal information about your customers, such as names or addresses. The App does not request, read, display, or store customer names, addresses, email addresses, or payment details. It reads only the monetary and product fields listed above.
The App stores one thing: your settings — the shipping cost rule you configure and the report period you last selected.
These are stored in your own Wix site, in a collection named ProfitLensSettings that the App creates in your site's Wix CMS. They stay under your control, on your site. We have no copy and no access to them outside of your dashboard session.
The App does not use cookies, local storage, session storage, or any other tracking mechanism in your browser.
Because we hold no data, there is nothing for us to retain or delete.
Your settings remain in the ProfitLensSettings collection on your own site. If you uninstall the App, its access to your site ends immediately. You can delete the ProfitLensSettings collection yourself at any time through your site's CMS.
The App uses no third-party services. All data access happens through Wix's own platform interfaces. Your use of Wix itself is governed by Wix's Privacy Policy.
Your store data never leaves the Wix platform when you use the App. All access uses the permissions you granted at installation, and only for the purposes described above. Because we operate no server, there is no database of ours that could be breached.
Since we hold no personal data about you or your customers, there is no data of ours to access, correct, export, or erase. If you have a question about how the App handles data, contact us at uranaiandcompass@gmail.com and we will respond.
If the App changes in a way that affects this policy — for example, if it ever begins to store data outside your site — we will update this page and change the date at the top before the change takes effect.
