These terms apply when you install or use the ProfitLens app ("the App"), provided by compass lab ("we", "us"). By installing the App you agree to them.
The App reads orders, product costs, and payment fees from your Wix Stores site and shows profit figures per order and per product. It also exports those figures to CSV. It reads your store data only; it does not modify it.
The App is a reporting tool. It is not accounting, tax, or financial advice, and its output is not a substitute for your accounting records.
Some figures are necessarily approximate, and the App tells you so on screen where this applies:
You are responsible for checking the figures against your own records before relying on them for business, accounting, or tax decisions.
The App requires a Wix site with Wix Stores and Wix CMS. Wix CMS is free to add and is used to store your settings on your own site. Without it, the App still displays reports but cannot save your settings between sessions.
Pricing and any free trial are shown on the App's page in the Wix App Market and are billed by Wix. Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Wix under Wix's own terms. We do not process your payments and do not have access to your payment details.
You may use the App for your own Wix sites. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or redistribute the App, or use it to access data on sites you are not authorised to manage.
We aim to keep the App working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The App depends on Wix's platform and interfaces; if those change or become unavailable, parts of the App may stop working until we update it.
The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or business decisions made in reliance on the App's output. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months before the claim arose.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your site, which ends its access immediately. We may suspend or discontinue the App; if we discontinue it, we will state so on the App's App Market page.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any dispute arising from them.
